Assembly of deprived was organized to assert peoples rights over land, water and Forest. This assembly became voice of peoples opposed the Government control over natural resources and those who advocate the people’s rights over the natural resources arrived in large numbers. The hall of trade fair ground Gwalior became the witness of this historic occasion on human rights day.

Ketuka Pradhan, S/o- Manguli Pradhan belong to Panasapur village of Nayagrh district. He had 3 acre 59 dec lands but Bhaskar Pradhan taken his land forcefully in 1996. Ketuka filed a complaint against him in Grama sabha and panchayat but he escaped by the support of the political persons. According to Ketuka, Bhaskar threatened to kill him if he stays there. Now Ketuka lives in Dasapalla, Nayagarh District.
